Hopewell Health Centers, Inc.
Our Mission is to provide access to affordable, high quality, integrated health care for all. Our organization offers a wide range of services, which includes comprehensive behavioral health care, dental health care, and primary health care. At HHC, a variety of public and private insurances are accepted in addition to a sliding fee scale for dental health care, primary health care, and some behavioral health care services. Hopewell Health Centers has 22 locations spanning nine counties in Southeastern Ohio. HHC is governed by a Board of Directors comprised of patients and individuals from the communities which we serve.

Our Staff
Hopewell Health Centers (HHC) has some of the very best providers in our region. HHC employs dedicated, Board Certified/Board Eligible health professionals including: Family Practice Physicians, Dentists, Adult Psychiatrists, Child and Adolescent Psychiatrists, Nurse Practitioners, and Advanced Practice Nurses.
HHC also employs highly skilled and compassionate licensed mental health providers including Social Workers, Counselors, Psychologists and Chemical Dependency Counselors.
HHC’s direct care support staff consists of Certified Medical Assistants (CMA), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), Registered Nurses (RN), Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment Providers (CPST), and Transportation Specialists.
Finally, HHC providers are fully supported by a hard-working and wonderful group of clerical and administrative support staff.
