Hopewell Health Centers has partnered with AndHealth to provide high quality and affordable in-house specialty care services. Instead of getting a referral to a specialist, patients can access this type of care virtually, with onsite care coming soon as a HHC patient.

Specialty care providers are available to deliver comprehensive rheumatology, dermatology, neuroimmunology and infectious disease services for patients with chronic conditions closer-to-home. Our providers and care team can diagnose and help you manage specific illnesses and conditions such as:
